Interview
I applied online through my University's job searching website and they contacted me shortly after. Then I took an online assessment that was pretty challenging, it had some math, logic, puzzles, and coding. The coding was pretty difficult, especially considering that they accept all majors for this position. Then I flew out to the Verona campus (which is insanely huge and cool) and "interviewed". At this point I think the interview was more geared towards watching you interact socially, and most importantly your level of enthusiasm, than anything else. I got the job but I declined, pay was excellent though.
