I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2015
Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview, a skills assessment proctored online via webcam, and a day of on-site interviews. The skills assessment was not too difficult overall, if long. Also, there were only two actual on-site interviews; the rest of the time was spent being shown around Epic's campus, taken to meals, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The skills assessment asks you to write a few short programs in a language of your choice (or pseudocode).

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
