Three part interview:
Phone Interview
Online Skills Assessment
On-site interview
I have only completed the first two steps of the interview process and am in the middle of scheduling my on-site interview. The first two steps of the process were pretty straightforward, although the online skills assessment is time consuming and demanding.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of logic puzzles and speed math questions were asked in the skills assessment portion. The phone interview was very straightforward and I really enjoyed talking to them. You talk with a current employee of the position you are interviewing for, not a recruiter, so you get real answers to your questions, which I really appreciated.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
