I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied on line and heard back from a recruiter in about a day. I have a behavioral phone schedule and if that goes well I will take an online monitored exam. I was advised to research brain teasers and to know as much information about epic from their website as possible. Phone interview is supposed to be pretty standard about getting to know you and why you are interested in the position.
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.
