I've only went through the phone call interview so far, and just completed the personality/logic short exam afterwards and am in the process of scheduling a date to take the two hour long logic exams. The interview was fairly laid back, it only took about 35 minutes and was scheduled to take 30. Somebody who had been in Technical services for over 10 years was who I talked with, and allowed me to ask any questions I had about the position as well as gave me an overview of what the position entailed and what he does, as well as a few questions about myself

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
