Applied online for a project manager position, and was then given a phone interview. That went smoothly, and was then asked to take the skills assessment. Very similar to the SAT/GRE, and the coding questions weren't bad. After that was a personality test.
After that, they contacted me and suggested I apply for the technical problem solver position. I am flying out to finish the interview process shortly.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
