I apply online through LinkedIn. The next day HR emailed me asking for a phone interview, after the Phone interview the same emailed me the same day asking for an In-person interview. Then the next day I had the second interview with some test.

Interview
I first had a phone call with a recruiter, who then coordinated an in-person interview with me shortly after the call. My first in-person interview consisted of standard feeler questions and my second in-person interview was a skills test.

I was given a data set that was a hypothetical client and was asked to analyze the performance and provided recommended optimization’s.
