Interview consisted of three rounds. One telephonic, once face to face, and one Skype call. They asked bunch of developers to interview me, in all the rounds. Those people didn't have any idea about the design. Considering how much of an effort I put in, I at least deserved to know whether I got through or not. Even after repeatedly asking the HR (Tanuja), whether they are considering me for an offer or not, I was told to wait again and again. Leaves a very bad impression about the company. When a candidate puts in effort to travel / attend interviews late night. The least a company can do is to offer clarity. I shall not apply to Epsilon again.
