I was interviewed for this role - Software Engineer II (UI/UX) First Round: Convert UX mockup into website Second Round: Tech interview with lead Third Round: Tech/Manager Interview Fourth Round: Director Interview Fifth Round: HR interview They will ask you to submit documents to process offer letter and promise you the offer will be given very soon. They will be super positive about joining date etc and waste your entire one month in a promise that the offer will be rolled out but after a week later you will be ghosted. After emails and calls, TA will tell you that the position is on hiring freeze due to "last minute" managerial decision and they were unable to process my offer due to this. They will also promise you that they will help in sharing the feedback with other openings so they they can help me with a different open role in a similar position. Few days later they will open up the same position and start interviewing other candidates. My whole month got wasted in this long process.
