Interview
1 recruiter screening, 1 hiring manager round with PM, and 1 onsite round with the team. Received my verbal offer same day as my last interview. Waited more than a month for written offer, which I accepted. I needed visa sponsorship which they agreed. After going through the background check and review with their legal counsel for another 2 weeks, HR called to rescind my offer saying they it would take another month to process it after submission. This left a very bad taste in my mouth for this company. The recruiter was very hard to get hold of or get any visibility to their process. The whole process wasted 2 months of my time and I'm glad I didn't give my notice to my current employer.
