I applied through other source. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors
Interview
Short phone interview, followed by a short 1 on 1 interview, somewhere between 20-30 minutes. The interviewer was not interested in my resume at all and instead wanted to know about me and why I was interested in the position. Low stress interview. They asked me to fill out a form so they could conduct a background check. Was not contacted afterwards despite being told to expect a phone call or email in the coming week.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
