The interview process had a Resume Shortlisting, PI and Video conferencing round. The PI was very good, one on one, but the VC round was a difficult. They never got back to us even after months which was very disappointing and unexpected from Zee

Easy, since it was campus placement and we had a Group Discussion Round followed by 2 rounds of interview with HR and manager. The HR round was extremely easy and so was the Manager round. They did not ask any technical questions

Disturbing Experience. Interviewers communication was so poor he was not able to form the questions properly ...They made me sit in the lobby and surprise surprise that is where the interview( duration one and half hours) was conducted ....The interviewers I met didnt even bother to introduce themselves ...shows lack of professionalism. Interview Process was HOSTILE. I don't they were even sure of what they were looking for. Not Recommended even if one is jobless... Keep looking

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Mumbai
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Essel Group (Mumbai) in Jan 2016
Not a very good experience. Interviewers were HR and Business Head. They asked rapid fire basic finance questions and were not very patient to test our knowledge at depth. I was expecting second round of interviews but was shocked that they chose not to interview any one and declared result. No body was selected. Time was wasted and that too for a very less package. Just a 5 minute interview can not tell you anything about a candidate.
- How Many stock does SENSEX have?
- What is Beta? Cross questions asked repeatedly to confuse.

After 4 days I have been called for the HR interview where discussion took place about my previous CTC and the expected CTC. The result for my selection came out after 15 days with a soft copy of offer letter attached in the email.
