Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners interview questions

At first there was a phone screen with one of the employees and asked me to send a resume. The following wee they asked me in for an Informal interview with 3 people. The next day they invited me back for a more formal interview for the following week. The third interview was a few days later by a third party consultant.

Etkin has a group interview process; everyone starts with the whole team. It is a bit off-putting; and some of the questions are a little pointed. The second interviews are longer and they take you to the site.
