I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Pasadena, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Had to be interviewed by manager and owner. Also had to role play in sales pitch. Every center's interview process is different since they are a franchise. The center I happened to interview at is owned by the regional developer and she likes to be involved in the hiring process. Some center may have you interview twice. If you do get an offer you go through 2-3 days of training and then a pre-view week of waxing. Where guest can get waxed by a new waxer for free since they need the practice.
I applied online. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
