Super easy, basically had 3 interviews. One over the phone, another one in person just kind of getting to know each other, they want to get to know your personality. They give you a script to memorize and then you come in to the 2nd interview and recite the script they gave you.
Had a zoom interview then an in person interview with the owners. They make you do math on the spot and the in person interview lasted an hour. Pretty pointless honestly.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were great, with the store owner conducting the phone interview and the store manager conducting the in-person interview.
