Very fast, a quick phone call to interview and then in person interview same day or next day. They were very communicative and responsive. Direct emails were able to be provided by on site employees to contact managers if needed and direct lines.

It was a fast interview with most questions being about customer service. They are aware you have no experience (for most people this is a first waxing job) so no questions were about that.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
