The interview was mainly based on my work history so they could understand my commitment and work ethic. The manager asked about my history with sales and selling products. She mentioned the sales and performance goals but didn't make them out to be as serious and job threatening as they are.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
