Evangelical Community Hospital interview questions

I met with four people who worked in the department. The interview took about an hour. They described the position and asked me questions based on the information I provided in my application. It was a fairly relaxed process. I also received some printed handouts about the training process. I feel all my questions were answered, and I hope all their questions about me were answered also.

Supervisor and 2 staff techs, I asked most of the questions, the interviewrs only asked me like 1 question each. 1-2 later told via email I didn't get the job then 3 months later offered the job via phone
