Everest Re Group interview questions

I had an interview scheduled more than a week in advance and spent a significant amount of time preparing for it. However, just one day before the interview, I was informed that the interview was canceled because the team had decided to move forward with another candidate. This kind of last-minute cancellation is highly unprofessional and shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. If a decision had already been made, the interview should not have been scheduled in the first place.
