Exchange Solutions interview questions

Process took a bit over a month, had a good call with the hiring manager; after a couple of follow-ups over the following weeks, I didn't hear anything back (not even those baseless automated replies candidates get when they are not selected). I later get a one liner note from the hiring manager that they have already filled in all the roles (basically saying, do not bother applying in the future); her note didn't even give any indication or feedback of why I wasn't selected. This is a tech company but are a bit backdated on any progressive HR policies in managing their recruitment or candidate pool. **Tread carefully when applying here**

First round was HR round with normal behavioural questions and a week later they asked me to perform an online technical assessment and the very next hour I was progressed to an interview with hiring manager. It was pretty easy round asking about the experience and just some general question and then started the GHOSTING period which I felt very bad , when I took the follow up , no response and again a week after no response. Its a horrible considering when HR specifically says to you that I understand its difficult during job process so communication would be very smooth from us. Please stop giving false hopes and promises if you are not intending to fulfill them.
