Excis interview questions

Regeinald emailed me to setup a call. I responded promptly but it took him a week to finally call. I then did a Teams call with another person and was asked technical questions about the position. Regeinald called me and left a VM to schedule an interview with the client (Aptiv). I called him back but the number wasnt his direct and there was no way to leave a VM. I emailed him to call me back or to provide a number for a callback. It took him another week to respond back and was told the job was filled.
