Given an application to complete and interviewed by hiring manager. Taken on tour of facilities and briefly shown job duties. Introduced to higher level management as well as multiple employees. Taken to lunch which was paid for by employer. Whole process took well over three hours and ended with an additional series of question and answers with time left over for interviewee to ask questions
