Setting up the interview and being interviewed went very well and fast, as well as the hiring experience, the offer letter took longer but that was due to incentives, overall very happy with the entire process and being employed at Exelon Constellation

It took 3 weeks after applied, I received an email to record a video answering 3 short questions, then after 2 weeks I got the invitation for a background check that scared me a little bit because it was before see any real person. Then I got a video interview with a panel of 3 people. Some behavioral questions and other technicals.
