Interview
First round: behavioral interview on campus with 2 individuals from the Finance team.
Second round: 3 behavioral interviews on site with VP level individuals.
No finance/energy questions, only behavioral questions. Both rounds had an emphasis on why Exelon and why energy. The interviewers left lots of time for questions, so come prepared with several questions to ask.

Basic behavioral questions - tell me about a time, failure, success.
Lots of question about why Exelon, why energy, why finance, where do you see yourself in X years, favorite class @ MBA program (could be bcs the interviewer was from the same school)
It was a very smooth and pleasant interview process using typical behavior based interview questions. Process was efficient and response time was fast. Interviews were virtual and was a panel style with about three panelists.

Interview
Standard interview process. I met with the hiring manager for my first interview. We covered all the important aspects of the job for which I was highly qualified with years of experience. Discussions centered around technical skills, accuracy and timeliness of work practices.
