Very easy process. I could tell the had a need to fill up a class for training. The hiring managers where very brief about Exeter's bonus structure for good reason.....ITS NON EXISTENT!!

2 tier interview. Very good experience not a hard interview. Both interviews where nice and open to questions. I would say this was best experience I have had in interview in years.
