First screening test , then they would ask questions on your previous employment, if fresher - they ask questions related to the Degree. They would test your skill sets matching with the role
Its quiet difficult to tackle all at a same time

Hiring process was rather simple and comfortable. RMs were observing relevant traits in candidtaes along with general apptitude. Since insurance sales required direct financial adviisors our repository to identify and train such people was also tested
