Couple phone interviews, followed by a full -day on -site interview loop with peers, bosses, and staff. Was all very pleasant and familiar format for the Seattle /Tech area.
3 Rounds - 2 Skill based and 1st one company & culture fit.
Depends team to team, they can extend skill rounds. Majorly focus on skill testing and role fit

Standard behavioral and technical interview. Varies by team and individuals. Room for growth however large company. Expanding offices. Interview was more conversational given longer work experience and aging workforce retiring. Organizational changes.
