two interviews with managers followed by a interview/conversation with the district manager. 1 Interview with what seemed to be randomly chosen managers. The second interview was with the management of the department that you were applying to. The third interview was with the district manager or some have it with the branch manager. They claim that the third interview was not the decision making one and that the department managers would be making the decision.

Interview
Met with this company at a college career day. Was emailed the following Monday and setup an interview for Thursday. I was interviewed twice, first from an assistant manager of Brokerage, the second from the manager of brokerage. both were very professional yet relaxed. The interview was comfortable and an overall enjoyable experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Expeditors (SeaTac, WA) in Nov 2013
Interview
Applied online and heard back from a manager the following morning to set up an interview for early the next week.
Went to their satellite office located in SeaTac and interviewed with two managers. They mainly asked questions based straight off my resume, asking me to elaborate on my previous work experience and then answer a few questions about my roles. This part took around 25 minutes and after I asked the managers questions as well. Overall the interview took around 45 minutes.
This was the first step out of a few, and I would be contacted for another interview if I was chosen to go to the next round.
