Interview
Very good interview x2. Manager was very nice but when you hit the cubicle your actual manager may not reflect what is said to you in the interview. Not saying this is a bad company but if you get the job please laugh at all the jokes the manager tells, listen to all of her stories, don't take a day off for anything, don't share your feelings about the job, keep a poker face while working and engage with your co-workers when they are engaging and stop when they stop. Please treat you floor manager like a god. If you are an introvert or someone that wants to go to work and then go home without a lot of miscellaneous interaction, try harder to kiss butt. Or you will be fired and the reason will be "It's not a good time for us and you". You don't have to do anything wrong but if that floor manager tells a joke and you don't find it funny, watch her cues and please find something funny even if her trying to be funny is what is funny or you will not fit in and no one will help you learn your job. They tenured workers will watch you drown with no remorse.
I had two rounds. Very easy and conversational to see if you’d fit the atmosphere. Not much talk about the company as a whole, but definitely do your research. Easy
