Very easy going, comfortable feeling. The process was quick and easy. They let you know right away if their going to give you a job offer. They get back to you fast regarding your drug test and background results.

Interview
The interview experience was disorganized and unprofessional. The recruiters should consider other techniques to recruit more competitive candidates. Others were dressed in sweats, uggs and hoodies; one person had on pajamas. I was embarrassed for them. During the interview, the interviewer had to step out for 10 minutes to do something for a member of the team. When I was extended a contingent offer and asked to sign, I requested additional time to review and to sign at a later date. The woman was very very offended and negative. I felt tremendously uncomfortable.

Basic situational questions about tasks completed during past roles. A high score on your typing test, oral communication skills (how you speak) and professional demeanor will take you further than anything.

Interview
It has three interviews and one examinations. The initial interview will screen a group about how versant they are as well as how they converse with English language. This is followed by an examination. After passing the examination, you'll have your final interview with HR. After that is one last interview with the operations manager. Beware of the interview with operations manager as much as possibke, prepare for a mock call.
