Phone & 2 face to face interviews. Truly not an equal opportunity company. They will ask you about racial background though not needed. Worst workplace, Worst interview process. Interview
Not sure why I was invited down for an interview. The Engineering manager tried to put me off right from the start saying things like he might not have a budget the following year. The managers who interviewed me were quite clueless about the oilfield and had no idea about the company I worked for even though it was the third biggest service company. I think that was the problem I knew too much. The place was deserted as lots of staff had left.
