Interview
It was very short and brief. Jonella described the position, asked about my former jobs, and told me that the background check would take 5 days. She called me on he 5th day and had me come in that Friday to start work.
there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
