It is campus interview. The interviewer was nice and polite. She let me talk about my own research work, and then asked me several behavioral questions. She also introduced this position to me to find the best fit. However, I didn't get the onsite, and the rejection letter says there is no fit.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
