One hour behavioral based interview that focused mainly on leadership and safety. Both people interviewing me were very professional but also easy to talk to and outlined their expectations before they started. Great experience overall

Interview process started with an on-campus interview by an alumnus who currently works at ExxonMobil. An additional brief interview was conducted by the hiring manager for the engineering co-op position.

Went to the school career fair and got an on-campus interview sometime that week. All behavioral questions. Then got a text from someone in one of the sites for a phone interview. One behavioral question and one technical. Thought the interview went smoothly but got a call 4 days later that I didn't receive the offer.
You have an oil tank across a river and an oil tank closer to your plant. Currently there is a pipe running underwater. How can you increase the flow rate of the oil from across the river?

Applied Online. Interview booked through university and conducted on campus about a week later. Interview was one hour long with two engineers. Job offer came directly through company recruitment about a week later.
