Applied online and interviewed on the campus by college recruiting team. Behavioral interview, I wasn't asked any technical questions. People who interviewed me their job was just to take notes and send it to the site managers.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ExxonMobil

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
