Interview
Completed application online after seeing the position advertised through my university. Completed and submitted online tests which included numerical and verbal reasoning. Then invited for a Skype Interview. Following this, got an email inviting me for a Face to face interview at the Fawley Refinery.

Tell me a time you have experienced someone doing something that goes against your own ethics?
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

Interview
The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
