I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Jan 2016
Interview
2 managers interviewing me, applied for IA role.
Interview is not confrontational, I would say its more of a chit-chat session. Not a lot of technical questions were being asked as well. Overall, I am grateful that they granted me a chance for interview.
Still awaiting application results but I think I might get rejected as competition is too keen in this company. To the job-seekers out there, Exxon Mobil is a really good company. And I wish you all the best ;)

Question 1
tell me about yourself, and we started going from that track, mentioning CCA, what you do during free time etc
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.
