First there was an OT.and then there is a Group discussion .And were selected to interview process
They asked mostly about process ,industrial instrumentation, analaytical instrumentation and basics fundamentals questions about digital communication.The other part about HR questions

In your 4 years of your college, what out of box idea did u implement in your college life?
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
