FCI Enterprises interview questions

Very mild. If you are a retired Army Officer then you don't have to say much at all. They like hiring their own. I kept waiting for the interview panel to ask question about my experiences or skills, but they just overloaded me with information about the client and work. Was good information, but it was really not the typical interview that most people experience.

I met with two individuals from different departments on the same project. The interview commenced with a résumé review and a description of the open position. I was asked questions to determine whether the job was in-line with my overall career goals. I felt a genuine concern to find candidates who are a good match for the position.
