Interview for entry level position. No technical questions. Just personality questions and a discussion of college projects. The interview was held on a zoom call with a senior level engineer and the head of the department.

Interview
Lots of engine test related questions, followed by walking through a dyno test cell and asked more questions related to different testing setup. At the end I was asked martial status, if I had kids and if I had offers from other companies.

applied online, got an email from recruiter and scheduled phone interview with manager, spoke with him for 20 mins and then being called for onsite interview at their headquarters at auburn hills. Interviewed with 4 persons all managerial level and end up in facility tour and almost everything went well. But after 4 weeks no response from anyone, tried to contact recruiter but didn't return my call.
