Overall, they employ disastrous methods and sub-par internal communications.
First round - straight forward but waited more than an hour for the turn.
Second round - They couldn't take out time. It took 30+ days to fix a meeting, that too on a holiday.
Third round - written test which was communicated very late. Was told to submit within 24 hours. In between balancing office work and this, had to stay up till 3.00 AM and turn it in.
Fourth round - Positive experience.
There was proper lack of coordination from their end to the point one had to follow-up rigorously. Severe dis-connect between the upper-level officials and internal teams.
Towards the climax-esque conclusion of this 4 month charade, had to reach out when will the offer letter be shared. As it was asked to share references and salary slips. Common parlance suggests, around this juncture a company often proceeds to share joining documents or extends an offer to prospective employee.
Forget the offer letter, as per last conversation, "they were still examining more candidates". Then how come it was asked to submit requisite documentation which clearly signalled that an offer to join the company is within reach.
Strong Suggestion that they work on improving internal communications.
