    Pros

    You get to attend one of the best conferences happening in the country in the area if policy making and also interact with the best people in that area.

    Cons

    During the intern they don't pay you for your commute of even food. So, it is upon you, how you make the best of your intern.

    Pros

    It's a good place to work. For individuals looking for a career in policy research and academia, this would be a good place to start. Good work-life balance. Senior management accommodative of inputs. Generally a very amiable and collegial atmosphere in the organisation.

    Cons

    Administrative and appraisal procedures are antiquated, has a somewhat rigid top-down approach to management.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce bureaucracy at higher levels, have more interaction with juniors in the organisation.

    Conferences, connections if networked properly

    Cons

    Extreme work load for the intern without any compensation benefits. Highly unattractive for very good college graduates to continue working in that set up

    Advice to Management

    Do something for the junior stuffs and interns. Learnt to tap in the talent. HR needs to be more organized and vocal
