My experience with the recruitment process was less than ideal due to communication challenges. I had to provide my availability for the test, which felt unnecessary, because it was a type of a test that can be completed at any time. Additionally, the recruiter attempted to contact me at unscheduled times a few days apart, despite my request to arrange the call in advance. Ultimately, after being told I would receive a decision regarding the next stage by the following day, I was ghosted.
The interview process was : HR interview -> online test -> 2h technical interview, after that I never got answer from HR if I pass or not. So was not that positive for me.

Phone interview, then office interview, with some tests. Overall the process was quite reasonable and the questions quite manageable. I received feedback on how I did, with my test scores which was useful. Responses were speedy and the whole process was completed very quickly.
