3 Interviews: 1. Pre-screening with recruiter(very new to her job, she was reading off a sheet and kept forgetting what she was supposed to disclose, etc.). Asked general questions to make sure I had a real interest in the job and was vaccinated or could be before start date. Asked the dreaded question "tell me about yourself". Advised next round would be 1.5 hours and would be a technical interview . Asked her questions about the job and she advised she did not know the answers since she wasn't in that department.
2. Hiring Manger Interview- Manager was professional asked me some regular non technical interview questions, told me about the department and the role I had applied for. Asked what subject I liked best in school, what my 1 year goal was, how to increase profits (lower price vs increase price). Asked if I had any questions.
I was then contacted by recruiter to set up 3rd interview:
3. Interviewed with another manager and a upper management. Camera on was required for this one and was asked different questions by the managers. How do you manage time? What role do you play in a team? What are you like in a job setting, do you like talking to a lot of people or do you keep to yourself? Do you like working on a team? What are your passions? What will you do for the company in the first 3 months(weird question considering I wasn't sure of what the job entailed).
