2nd Round was technical
3rd Manager round and client round with US project
4th - I had received call from HR for document submission.

Tell me about HA & DRS in brief, Please describe back end process for how it works .What is deviation value in cluster.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (Mumbai) in Mar 2008
Interview
The interview tried was in Nomura a Japanese firm. They said i was overall a overqualified for their job. Since i was a B.Tech. they did not require a B.Tech. And since the interview was for a Contractor job, the contract person did not push forward due to Salary issue
