Interview
There was one full time employee and two other co-op students that were interviewing me. They were friendly. I sent my application through my university co-op system. Got an interview offer one week later and scheduled for an interview a week after that.

Question 1
There was a whiteboard algorithm solving questions. Mines dealt with checking if an array of numbers was a palindrome.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FLIR (Richmond, BC) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview takes 1 hour. Asked questions more about technical. Like what differences between process and thread? What differences between Java and C++? What is OOP? There is 15min whiteboard test question about coding. It’s quite straightforward.
