3 rounds- 1) fitment round- this was the only round that made sense for the profile I was interviewing for. Post this round it did not seem like they knew what they wanted the person filing this position to do when on the job. 2) case study- Mickey mouse difficulty level 2 case studies 3) meeting with the director- funnily they realised after this round that I did not have any experience of working with a non profit or NGO!
