I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
First a coding challenge which was not too hard. Then there was a final super day that lasted four hours with no breaks. People were nice in general, but I did find it weird that they were trying to gauge how willing you were to work late hours right in the interview. After saying they would follow up in a week, they didn't. I emailed two weeks after, and they sent me a templated rejection and nothing else. This rubbed me the wrong way after having spent so many hours interviewing only to not even get a handwritten rejection.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FactSet in Oct 2020
Interview
I got a Hackerrank codepair interview through my campus job portal. It was a leetcode medium involving two pointers and I solved it entirely on time. The interviewer was an engineer, who seemed really unenthusiastic. The recruiter ghosted me afterwards, probably because I require sponsorship to work.
A Recruiter called me and then hacker rank challenge for 20 mins and then a phone interview.Phone interview is 45 mins.First 15 mins about you and resume and projects. Next 25 mins coding challenge and last 5 mins for question.
