Interview
Interview on the spot. They just try to gauge your personlity during the first interview. Afterwards they will have you interview with the DM and if that goes well they have you come in and take a test that is so old and stupid that I even corrected the test because there were errors.
First, you have an interview with either the store manager, the assistant, or the manager in training. If they like you, you take a clerical test. You must pass the test with a 70%. If you pass, you meet the district manager, and they make the final say.
