I had an informational call with a talent recruiter who asked about my experience and interests. It was a great way to learn more about the company without being in a high-risk situation.
A long, drawn-out interview process where I was ghosted for weeks at a time. Multiple rounds and a case study with no clear hiring timeline. I constantly had to be the one to follow up with the recruiter who gave me a different excuse each time as to why they forgot to follow up with me to schedule the next interview. Felt very unprofessional. The company's reputation matches.
